A 40-year-old man, preliminarily identified by the alias "El Chetos," was fatally shot inside a residence located in the Montuosa neighborhood of Mazatlán, Sinaloa.

According to preliminary reports provided by responding authorities, the victim was identified informally by the alias "El Chetos," described as an individual approximately 40 years of age.
